Curtain:
We supply two type of insulated laths as below:
♦Aluminum insulated slats: double skinned, with PU foam filled, 77mm / 78mm / 120 mm pitch heihgt.
♦Steel insulated slats: double skinned, with PU foam, 80 mm pitch height, 0.8 mm thickness.
Bottom rail (with EPDM rubber weather real):
♦Material: Aluminum / galvanized steel
♦With plastic end caps on both sides
♦With EPDM rubber weather seal to prevent the dust, rain, insects from coming inside.
Guide rail (optional with rubber):
♦Material: Aluminum / galvanized steel
♦Dimension: from 70mm to 100 mm width
♦Thickness available: from 1.2 mm to 3 mm thickness
♦Optional: With brush inserted on both sides of the guide rail, to make the door runs more quietly and smoothly.
Shaft / Axle:
♦Material: galvanized steel
♦Diameter: 3 inches, 5 inches, 6 inches, 8 inches, 10 inches
♦Wall thickness: 1.5 mm, 2 mm, 2.5 mm, 3 mm, 4 mm
Mullions: Removable center mullions are available on request for applications were shutter opening can’t be covered by one shutter door.
Side plates / brackets
♦The brackets are manufactured from mild steel and supplied in premed finish
♦The brackets can only be installed on a structural fixing surface such as concrete, steel columns, steel angles are normally used to supported the brackets if needed
♦With plates slotted to accommodate shaft or motor mounting.
Operation way:
♦Manual operation by hand or hook (push up & push down)
